Aubrey Courtland Floyd, 42 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he forced his way into an apartment on Avenue A, held a gun to 39 year-old man and said he was “going to hurt her”.
The incident occurred back on March 13th.
He was found in Gordon County and transported to Rome earlier this week.
Floyd is charged with simple assault, criminal trespass, terroristic threats and acts, failure to appear and two counts contempt of superior court.
