Nathan Wayne Morris, 39, of Rome allegedly violated his parole when he was found with a loaded firearm and methamphetamine.
Morris was arrested early Thursday morning when he was found with a loaded flare gun, a bag of meth and a used glass pipe.
Morris is charged with parole violation, possession of a firearm or knife during commission of an attempt to commit certain felonies, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, possession and use of drug-related objects, and possession of methamphetamine.
