Gary Dewayne Locklear, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week when police said they saw him driving a stolen 1992 Chevrolet 1500 truck at a barn that was recently burglarized on Fosters Mill Road.
Locklear is charged with theft by taking motor vehicle, loitering and driving on a suspended license.
