Tyrus Bernard Blanchard, 58 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly burglarized an apartment on Cheateau Drive.
Reports said that Blanchard went into the home sometime between June 30 and July 6 and stole a big screen TV, a computer and a modem, all valued at $2,050.
Blanchard is charged with first degree burglary.
