Wesley Eugene Self, 33 of Rome, was arrested after breaking into a woman’s home and placing her under surveillance for the purpose of harassing her.
Reports added that Self had been warned about this type of behavior in the past.
Police went on to say that Self also cut a children’s pool at the home.
The incident occurred at an apartment on Northridge Court.
Self is charged with stalking, criminal trespass and probation violation.
