Luther Dewayne Webb, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he attempted to murder his wife.
Reports said that Webb cut all four of his wife’s car tires before hitting her with his vehicle.
Reports added that the incident occurred at a location on East 12th Street.
Webb is charged with aggravated assault and criminal damage of property.
