Joey Erin Bates, 40 of Lindale, was arrested at a location on Maple Road after he allegedly stomped on a foot of a 37 year-old woman.
Reports added that Bates knew the victim suffered from foot problems.
Bates is charged with two counts simple assault, simple battery and criminal trespass.
