Two Romans, Mark Richard Underwood, 22, and Joshua Corbin Adams, 21, were arrested at the Citgo gas station on New Calhoun Highway after being found with meth and a stolen street sign.

Reports said that the officers found a bag of meth and a stolen street sign.

They were found inside a van that had a busted windshield that was in excess of 8 inches in a spiderweb formation.

Both are charged with theft by receiving stolen property, possession of meth and possession of drug related objects.

Adams was additionally charged with parole violation and driving with a cracked windshield.
