Jimmy Durand Jordan Jr, 45 of Silver Creek, was arrested at Mount Berry Mall in Rome after he allegedly attempted to fight with police officers.
Reports said that the altercation occurred after Jordan refused to follow officer’s commands.
Jordan is charged with battery and obstruction of law enforcement.
