Kay Reynolds Trammell, 55 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found her driving under the influence of drugs with two small children in the car.
Reports stated that Trammell was pulled over at the intersection of Old Summerville Road at Ga 1 for not maintaining her lane when officers found her to be DUI.
Trammel is charged with two counts endangering a child by DUI, DUI and failure to maintain lane.
