Brandon L Francis, 28 of Rome, was arrested after police said he attempted to kick down a door to a home and then proceed to bust out a window of the victim’s car.
Reports said that Francis used an unknown device to bust out the front and real windshield of the victim’s 2005 Ford Expedition.
He also allegedly threatened to do harm to the man before attempting to kick the rear door of the home down in an attempt to commit a burglary.
Francis is charged with terroritic threats and acts, criminal trespass, criminal attempt to commit a felony and criminal damage to property.
