Dalton Lee Godfrey, 26 of Rome, was jailed during a traffic stop at Calhoun and Pinson Road after he was found to have been driving an unsafe vehicle and with drugs.
Reports said that Godfrey was pulled over for driving a motorcycle erratically and without mirrors or a fender.
He was also allegedly found with pills in a plastic bag and not in a Prescription bottle.
Godfrey is charged with two counts possession of a schedule III controlled substance, drugs not in original container, operating an unsafe vehicle, failure to maintain lane, and probation violation.
