Jefferson Brack Thompson, 48 of Rome, was arrested on Broad Street after he allegedly urinated in a parking lot in front of motorist while intoxicated.
Reports added that several bystanders saw Thompson’s penis during the event.
Thompson is charged with public indecency, public drunk and failure to appear.
