Oscar Alonso Pena, 47 of Rome, was arrested after an altercation with a 33 year-old woman resulted in him grabbing her and breaking her stuff.
Reports stated that Pena grabbed the woman and tore her shirt in the process.
They added that he proceeded to intentionally throw and break multiple items that belonged to the victim.
Pena is charged with simple battery and criminal damage to property.
