Michael Chase McEachern, 21 of Grantville, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after police said he attempted to fight numerous people at Riverside Park in Rome.
Reports said that McEachern then refused to comply with responding officers when he pulled away from State Troopers.
McEachern is charged with disorderly conduct and two counts obstruction of law enforcement.
