Mary Lou White, 50 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said she failed to finish a business transaction involving a camper.
Reports said that White took $2,076 for a camper last March but failed to finish the transaction with BRK Partnership.
She is also accused of getting $400 to purchase building permits that was never completed.
White is charged with felony theft by conversion and misdemeanor theft by conversion.
