Charlotte Ann Board, 63 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she threatened to “shoot up” Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports said that Board made the threats this past Wednesday and was taken into custody Friday.
Board is charged with terroristic threats and acts and misdemeanor count of obstruction of officers.
