Tyonte Jarvarius Jackson, of Center Point Al, was arrested at a Wendy’s on Martha Berry Blvd after he allegedly pulled out a gun and pointed it at another man and said that he was going to “shoot him”.
Jackson is charged with aggravated assault and possession of a weapon during a crime.
