Cody Lee Warren, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he pulled a gun on his girlfriend and another woman during a dispute on February 8th.
Reports added that Warren is a convicted felon who was out on probation at the time of the assault.
The incident happened at a home on Cedar Lane
Warren is charged with two counts aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and probation violation.
