Jeffery Mark Ogle, 35 of Rome, was arrested after he allegedly damaged a woman’s air condition at a home on Rose Way Circle.
Reports stated that while being taken into custody police found him to be in possession of marijuana and a drug scale
Ogle is charged with possession of marijuana, criminal trespass and possession of drug related objects.
