William Frank Ware Jr, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he took a cellphone belonging to someone he has a “domestic relationship” with and broke their cellphone.
Reports added that when police arrived Ware fled the scene on foot.
The incident occurred back on April 12 at a home on Old Summerville Road.
Ware is charged with criminal trespass and obstruction of law enforcement.
