A homeless 58 year-old man,Thomas Franklin Deaton, was arrested this week after police said he refused to get off a bathroom floor at Wal-Mart.
Reports said that Deaton had previously been banned from the store and was found in the bathroom stall and refused to leave after being asked.
Deaton is charged with criminal trespass.
