Cordelius Marqua Saylor, 25 of Villa Rica, was arrested at the Floyd Urgent Care on Shorter Avenue after police said he hit a man in the face with his fist.
Police reports said that the victim suffered an injury that left the man blind and seriously disfigured in his left eye.
The incident occurred on March 8th.
Saylor is charged with aggravated battery.
