Seth Alexander Huff, 18 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said he stole alcohol and a Slim Jim from a store on Maple Road.
Reports added that Huff blew a .02 on a breathalizer while being taken into custody.
Huff is charged with theft by shoplifting and possession of alcohol by a minor.
