David Lous Lay, 54 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said he arranged a meeting with who was thought was a 14 year-old child so that they could perform oral sex on him.
Reports said he used an electronic device to arrange the meeting with the supposed child.
Lay is charged with aggravated child molestation and sexual exploitation of a child.
