Deisy Mabilia Alvarez-Lemos, 35 of Rome, was arrested at a location on Shorter Avenue after she allegedly sold alcohol to someone under the age of 21 years.
Reports added that she also gave police a false name and date of birth while being questioned.
Alvarex-Lemos is charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor and giving false information to police.
