Larry Willis James Jr, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after he was accused of stealing numerous items from a man and then using his bank card to purchases.

Reports stated that the missing property was later found in a locker at the YMCA.

Police stated that James purchased a bottle of Gentleman Jack with the victim’s bank card back on December 27th.  He also allegedly purchased JBL headphones, a PS4 game and a two year replacement plan on the victim’s card.

Other items that were stolen included a Moto Z Force cellphone, pants, wallet, passport and checks.

James is charged with two counts financial transaction card fraud, and theft by taking.
