Daryl James Lloyd, 67 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he got into a physical altercation with a 67 year-old man.
Reports said that Lloyd caused the victim “bodily harm” when he suffered visible marks and bleeding.
The incident occurred at a home on Vans Valley Road.
Lloyd is charged with battery.
