Edgar Roberto Perez-Merida, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he hit a woman numerous times with his fist between May 1, 2017 and March 19, 2018.
Reports added that he also used the name of another man to obtain employment at Wheeler’s back in 2016.
Perez-Merida is charged with battery and aggravated identity fraud.
