Rahmon Evan Cain, 26 of East Point, was jailed in Rome this week after police said he participated in gang activity and committed smash and grab burglaries throughout Floyd County and the state of Georgia.
Reports said that while part of a gang based in Oakland City Atlanta committed the burglaries back in 2016.
Cain is charged with violation of the Georgia RICO act.
