Barbara Leigh Maloney, 40 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly stole a iPhone 8 from Wendy’s on Martha Berry Blvd.
Reports said that Maloney saw the cellphone sitting on a table unattended when she picked it up and left.
Maloney is charged with theft by taking and probation violation.
