Bryan ONeal Chastain, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly hit a 64 year-old man in the face before threatening to kill him.
Reports added that the incident occurred at Chastain’s home on Lynn Avenue.
Chastain is charged with battery, terroristic threats and acts and probation violation.
