Craig Henry Kirby, 47 of Resaca, was arrested in Floyd County after police said he used a computer to arrange a meeting with who he thought to be an underage child to engage in sexual relations with.
Reports said that Kirby was taken into custody just before midnight on Valentine’s Day.
Kirby is charged with aggravated child molestation and computer use to solicit or entice a child for an illegal act.
