Johnny Frank Taylor, 34 of Cedartown, was jailed in Rome this week after he allegedly gave police a fake name.
Reports said that when he got to jail he also signed his paperwork in the fake name. Reports added that his true identity was revealed when prints came back.
Taylor is charged with giving false information to police and false statements and writings.
