Carlita Laine Pratt, 40 of Lavonia, was arrested at the intersection of Martha Berry Blvd and North 5th Avenue after she stopped a greenlight.
Reports said that after being pulled over police found her to be driving under the influence of drugs with two eight year-old children not wearing seat belts.
Reports added that they also located prescription drugs not in their original container.
Pratt is charged with two counts of endangering a child while DUI, DUI, no seat belt, stopping and parking in a prohibited area, drugs not in original container and possession of a schedule IV controlled substance.
