Timothy Shane Wesson, 36 of Silver Creek, was arrested after being pulled over on Wax Road for not maintaining his lane.
Reports said that he was also found with marijuana, in which he attempted to eat it in order to destroy evidence.
Wesson is charged with DUI, tampering with evidence and failure to maintain lane.
