Joshua Nicholas Clonts, 35 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after police said he followed a mail truck to a home on Marian Dairy Road and stole a package that was left for the resident.
Reports said that the man was captured on security footage of the home owner committing the acts.
Clonts is charged with theft by taking and criminal trespass.
