Chelsea Shipman Warren, 27 of Rome, was arrested after she allegedly made physical contact with a 30 year-old man.
Reports said that Warren then made physical contact with another woman when he grabbed her shirt and proceeded to hit and grab her face.
Warren also illegally got into the victim’s vehicle at a location on Redmond Circle.
Warren is charged with battery, simple battery and criminal trespass.
