An inmate at the Floyd County Jail, Nicholas Lee Davidson, 33 of Cave Spring, is now facing an additional charge after he allegedly used a credit card to make purchases at the Dollar General on Dean Avenue without permission of its owner.
Reports said that Davidson made $255 worth of purchases back on November 22nd.
He has been in jail since November 27. See below for that story.
Davidson was charged with fraud Tuesday.

Nicholas Lee Davidson, 33 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after reports said he allegedly stole $5 in Neutrogena creame from CVS on Maple Avenue.
Reports went on to say that he was also found in possession of a counterfeit $100 bill.
Davidson is charged with forgery, theft by shoplifting and probation violation.
