Tya Shakira Shawntai Moore, 20 of Rome, was arrested this this week after she allegedly used another woman’s bank card to make fraudulent purchases at a West Rome restaurant back on August 9th of last year.
Moore is charged with felony financial transaction card fraud and probation violation.
