Valerie Delorse Haynes, 45 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly assaulted a 27 year-old man with a knife by swinging it at him at a location on South Broad Street.
Haynes also allegedly broke out a window of the building.
Haynes is charged with aggravated assault and criminal trespass.
