Margaret Shannon VanDevan, 37 of Rome, was arrested this week after she allegedly threatened to kill a pregnant woman with her vehicle.
Reports said that VanDevan told a 21 -year old woman that she would “T-bone” her, killing both the victim and the victim’s unborn child.
The incident occurred outside Publix on Turner McCall Blvd.
VanDevan is charged with felony terroristic threats and acts.
