Alexis Ragan Evans, 35 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they found her to have been driving under the influence of alcohol with four small children in the car.
Reports said that after pulling Evans over for driving too fast for conditions and without a seat belt near Maple and East 8th Street with children ages 13, 12, and 10 years old, along with a 2 month old toddler.
Evans is charged with four counts of endangering a child by DUI, DUI, too fast for conditions, seat belt violation and driving without license in possession
