Tony Michael Loyal, 55 of Rome, was jailed this week after he allegedly purchased a laptop from QVC on an elderly woman’s credit card without her permission.
Reports said that the $111.93 laptop was set to be delivered to the victim’s home, where Loyal was going to pick it up.
Loyal is charged with financial transaction card fraud and exploitation of the elderly.
