Aragon police arrested a Rome couple, Vivica Rae Barnes, 38, and Javier Cisneros, 34, this week after a traffic stop led them to find drugs and money Monday.
Reports said that police pulled the couple over and discovered fentanyl and thousands of dollars in cash.
They are both charged with trafficking fentanyl.
Cisneros was additionally charged with driving while unlicensed and a headlight requirement. Barnes was also charged with allowing an unlicensed person to drive.
