Chester Lee Rogers, 31 of Rome, was jailed on numerous drug charges after being pulled over for a lane violation near State Mutual Stadium this week.
Reports said that after improperly changing changes police pulled Rogers over and it was then determined that Rogers was driving under the influence of synthetic marijuana.
Police added that they located the drug on his possession as well.
Rogers is charged with DUI, possession of synthetic marijuana and failure to maintain lane.
