Labresha Kenshell Zachary , 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after breaking a window with her hand to the victim’s home on East 15th Street.
Reports said that the victim was placed in reasonable fear of receiving a violent injury.
Zachary is charged with criminal trespass and simple assault.
