Joshua Brandon Morrison, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after he allegedly stalked his DFCS case worker to a home of her family member.
Reports said that Morrison followed the woman to the home on South Harrison Road and attempted to make physical contact with her in an effort to “intimidate or harass” her”.
Reports went on to say that while being placed under arrest, Morrison began to resist officers.
