Jesse Alan Conway, 24 of Rome, was jailed over the weekend after he was allegedly caught stealing at Mount Berry Square Mall.
Reports said that while being taken into custody he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
Conway is charged with charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor theft by shoplifting. He was also wanted for failure to appear.
