Don David Allen, 60 of Cave Spring, was arrested this week after he allegedly began to act violent and in a tumultuous manor toward a 60 year-old woman.
Reports said that Allen picked up and threw a chair at the woman, leaving visible markings.
Allen is charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
